Code of
conduct

At Dragon Trove, we are committed to creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants. When participation to One of Our events you agree to abide by the following rules:

1. Respect Others

Treat all participants, organizers, and staff with kindness and respect. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Inclusivity

We welcome everyone, regardless of background, gender, orientation, or ability. Help create a space where everyone feels comfortable and accepted.

3. Good Sportsmanship

Whether in competitive games or collaborative storytelling, play fair and encourage others. Winning isn’t everything—fun and camaraderie are.

4. Consent in Role-Playing

Respect personal boundaries in LARP and RPG scenarios. Always seek consent for physical interactions or intense role-play, and be mindful of others’ comfort levels.

5. Responsible Behavior

Follow event rules and any safety instructions provided by organizers. Respect the event space and clean up after yourself.

6. No Hate Speech or Violence

Language or actions that promote hate, violence, or hostility towards others are strictly prohibited.

7. Speak Up

If you see or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to a Dragon Trove staff member or organizer immediately. We are here to help.

8. Intimate relations

During events, intimate relationships between individuals where one is in a position of responsibility over the other are not allowed. Organizers oversee the crew, volunteers, and participants, while crew members are responsible for volunteers and participants, and volunteers are responsible for participants. This rule is in place to ensure everyone's safety, wellbeing, and legal protection. What happens outside of events is not our concern.

If a relationship existed before the event (such as between a volunteer and a participant), it is allowed, but public displays of affection should be kept to a minimum to avoid misunderstandings.

9. Sanctions

By participating in Dragon Trove events, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event or future activities.

We reserve the right to ban any person found to be in violation of our code of conduct. If we find it necessary to take this action during an event, the person will be required to leave the event immediately and no refunds will be offered.

Let’s work together to make all events a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone!
